1. 30-Day Return Overview

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your RestWell product (such as a dog car seat or travel duffel bag) must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet treats or flowers).
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

3. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

4. Exchanges for Damaged Goods

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged pet massager or sleep aid for the same item, please contact us at {email address}.

5. Shipping Your Return

  • Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
